Pavilion REIT closed at RM 1.08 today, highest since IPO price at RM 0.88 just three weeks ago. If you are lucky enough to purchase the stock at its IPO price, you have already profited 23 percent capital gain in just 3 short weeks! Bear in mind that REIT securities are normally less volatile and usually not prone to speculations.
However, 15 trading days are not sufficient to gauge any long term or even short term trend in technical analysis charting. I also checked for KLSE news, and there isn’t any bullish news or announcement for PAVREIT. The daily volume is soft for the since last Friday though – below 1 million shares compared to previous weeks.
