What was problem you are trying to solve but can’t seem to solve it before coming to me?
The search for medical insurance at the right value for money for MM2H visa purposes is extremely difficult, complicated, confusing,confusing and yet significant, as this decision could affect the next 20, 30 , 40 years of my life from a health point of view and cost point of view.
Furthermore, planning to retire in Malaysia require a clear understanding of how medical insurance (medical card) works so as not to be misled.
Contacting insurance agents directly results in more confusion, more unclear quote, and a lack of explanations from either the brokers or the insurer directly.
Hence, I realize that obtaining professional expertise would be most helpful, and the cost of such expertise can be considered a very useful investment, as it should really help in contracting the right insurance at the right price.
What has changed, before and after the advisory sessions?
The files and video calls, which are conducted in no rush, have been extremely helpful and have clarified a huge amount of points that I wasn’t aware of before those call.
I now feel much better equipped to make the right decision, being guided step by step by CF Lieu.
Of course the decision will be entirely mine, but having the expertise of an expert from Malaysia who clearly understand the law, the rules, and the practices is extremely valuable.
What’s the aspect(s) you liked the most throughout the advisory?
The reports are clear and easy to access.
The video calls are similar to face-to-face, and all necessary documents are projected on the screen for easy follow-up during the conversation.
The best part is the “no rush“ call, step-by-step and clear explanation of all points, and clear answer to all the questions that I have.
As withanything , if you want to improve, having a coach is great, and when it comes to a topic as important as medical insurance, one should equally obtain guidance before making such an important decision.
